The first interview was a quick phone interview to narrow down the interested candidates. The next step was a personal interview with the Design Center Manager. It was very relaxed and personable giving mostly details of the job expectations not asking a great deal about my experience. The next step was to come in and do personality testing. I was told that the entire interview process could take up to 8 weeks.
