Question 1
How did you handle a difficult interaction with a customer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daxko (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Aug 2021
Interview
The hiring process was fairly simple. I received an email that they were interested and wanted me to take an assessment. They stated that everyone at Daxko has taken the assessment and that it’s nothing to stress over. The assessment was not difficult and about 5 days after it was submitted I received an email back stating they wanted to set up an interview. Four days later I Interviewed via Zoom. I was asked to prepare a short presentation walking the interviewers through any software of my choice and explaining it to them. This was also pretty simple and not as intimidating as you would think. The overall Interview was very thorough and started out with 4 team leads interviewing me, I enjoyed seeing all of them interact in such a friendly manner with their colleagues and myself, after that I shadowed a CSA which was really nice to be able to hear and see their perspective on the role and company. Finally Interviewed with their 2 heads of the department and both of them were super friendly and encouraging. Overall it lasted about 2 hours and gave me a great view of the company and the way they interact as a tight knit team who cares about each other.

There was a one way video interview which allowed me to answer some standard questions with a couple chances to re-record if needed. Next was the zoom interview. I completed a live tech/software demo for a panel of 2 staff and answered more customer service related questions. I also had an opportunity to shadow an actual employee for 20 minutes.

The interview process was very thorough and detailed, and every person that I met with made that process even easier. There was a specific description of expectations, and all that was asked of me was pertinent to the position I interviewed for, making it an overall positive experience.
