2 phone interviews:
1 was from HR - 15 mins (back ground check; how do you know our company, what do you think about Ceridian, what is your expect salary range, and the HR talked about the interview process and the new employee training program )
After 2 weeks got an other interview from a senior consultant - 1.5 hours (Focused on my resume, more like mutual communication rather than ask questions.)

Interview
Interview process was smooth. From the recruiter reaching to getting my acceptance took about 3 weeks total. The recruiter was very thoughtful and once spoken to the director I interviewed with it was eve dent the team really cared about culture and what you can bring to the team.
