I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce (Markham, ON) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was a 3 stage process where there was first initial screening by hiring manager Sue over call, she was very friendly and cooperative. She asked general questions about the profile and guided for the further process. Next was the Technical Tele interview where I was asked questions on SQL queries and concepts. I was asked various customer situations and my response on it. Once the technical interview was over I was setup for personal interview with Director and POD Lead. It was one on one interview with serious questions on your experience and customer facing scenarios. Including general questions of strengths and weaknesses. After that I was asked to write SQL complex queries using join and other concepts. Last question was a c# code which I was not able to understand for finding error. Both the interviewer were very cool and supportive. Later I was again set up for an Telephonic interview with Senior Manager. He asked me about different situations dealing with customers in my past experience and some questions on profile and company. All went well I got the call from Sue with good news the same day. She has been very supportive through out. She is the one who is to be continuous point of contact and she does her job very well.
