A recruiter reached out first. Then set up a phone interview with manager. This was set for 30 mins. Standard questions. Nothing difficult or out of the blue. The interviewer was courteous. I did not get past this stage.

the whole process involved a typical HR phone call, Team Lead technical interview, and then management interview which was both technical and customer service orientated. I did the technical interview while driving as they were over an hour late for the call.
