I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dayforce
Interview
First, a phone interview with HR for around 20-30 mins to get a basic overview of you as well as talking about what the position is about as well as some basic requirements for the job. Then an interview, with some questions and technical questions with 2 senior developers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were about my past experience and general questions about myself. And the technical part of the interview was to get an overview of what level of knowledge you have about what you'll be working with. That also included a few coding questions (2-3 leetcode style) that I worked on.
Very friendly , asked sql , c# , js questions . The first round was screen share and questions about sql oo java script . Second round was 1 hour technical and 1 hour with manager mainly about my experiences
There were 2 interviews, one was a phone interview asking about basic OOP concepts. The other was a technical coding interview where I had to code problems in java, html, css and sql.
Hard but fare I was pleased by the interviewer experience in Software Engineering, questions were smart and mindfully consttructed. I would come back again, than you a lot for such a nice interview.
