Interview
Phone screen: surprisingly junior questions: why use a do while loop instead of a for loop... to be safe I suggested i'd probably use an iterator rather than use either but explained the different scenarios one may work better than the other. Next was a group interview to waste our time doing a palindrome code exercise, once that was done they asked about performance concerns with my python slicing to reverse the string as if I had actually used a nested loop to do the task. I just shrugged it off and said its o(n) and I'm not super concerned about performance with interview snippets or selenium web automation code. They had me pretend I was QA'ing the google calendarThen they had me do some selenium work. Never got to experience with api testing, CI/CD, AWS, sql, or any of the many relevant skills needed for this work.
