Unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates' time. - After an HR call + Zoom interview with the hiring manager, I was invited for in-person interviews, one with the same manager (?), and two with team members (one of whom had just joined the team). Neither were decision-makers. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Meetings also ran longer than scheduled. - No home assignment was given, it wasn’t part of the process. Also shows unprofessionalism. - After investing time in the process, and after a delay in getting back to me, I received an email saying the role had changed. No phone call, no proper explanation, just a lack of respect for a candidate's time and effort.
