Sophie (recruiter) was really sweet and really great at communicating throughout the process. However, they make you do a project for the final round, and after putting hours of time into it, and only having 15 minutes to present, the following week I got an automated rejection email saying they went with someone else. I worked hard on the project and had a lot of really great ideas. It would have been nice to have some feedback on why they went a different direction, or at least an email from a human giving me the news I wasn't getting an offer.
