I've interviewed at about 9 different companies in the last three weeks for this job title. This was the only one that declined me after the first round. No idea why, went like every other screen I did. Fine by me, they said 2nd round and beyond are all in-person at their Manhattan office. I only apply to in-person roles, and not a single one asks you to come in until the final round. I was available 90% of the time 9am-5pm on any given day of the week. For some reason that was too hard for them (even though they proudly work 10 hours a day LMAO), and two weeks in a row they asked me for more availability. Oh, yeah, they were also 5 minutes late. Even if this doesn't bother you, don't apply here. If you look up the listing for this role they cut the pay by 25% since 2022. $40k base, $65k OTE for a Manhattan job is a joke.
