Il colloquio è suddiviso in due parti: una prima parte dove in pratica si fa un colloquio di gruppo, all'interno del quale si svolgono dei "giochi" che servono a valutare la propensione al lavoro di squadra; una seconda parte con un semplice colloquio individuale, dove vengono poste le classiche domande (parlaci un pò di te, perchè dovremmo sceglierti, etc.)

Question 1
Come detto precedentemente le domande sono più o meno quelle standard. Consiglio comunque di documentarsi un attimino sull'azienda e sui vari prodotti di produzione di Decathlon, poichè potrebbero chiedervi cosa conoscete dell'azienda.
I had 10 min interview in decathlon. My team leader asked about introduction and favorite sports. They are very friendly and flexible. During the interview they will discuss about shift timings .

The interview process was smooth, not so much tricky questions that were asked, The interviewer was a very nice and welcoming person. The environment was very good, All of the employees are very supportive and helpful.

Pretty informal. The questions were easy and the ambience was quite friendly. They do everything not to make you feel intimidated. Make sure you mention your working hours preference during the interview so they can take this into account.
