Initially I handed in my CV,
From there I received a phone interview, there we were talking about some things about myself, my hobbies and passions etc.
From there I was offered an in person interview,
I arrived early, and the dress code was more casual as it ultimately is a sporting retailer.
There I was asked questions based on what was on my CV, things like what things did you learn from your previous work experience
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.
