I saw an ad that they were looking for new people and I went and was in a Group interview, there was a really friendly supportive atmosphere and the questions were very chilled. Questions about my interest in sport and experience
Rather easy, be honest and tell them what division you prefer. For full-time you will work in shifts and only have 1 weekend free per month. Already practicing a sport and knowing the basic equipment is a big plus
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.
