Inizialmente devi fare una breve presentazione di te stesso. Le domande sono molto introspettive e psicologiche. Ritengono il lavoro di squadra molto importante. Non è un problema se questa è la tua prima esperienza lavorativa.

Question 1
Quali sport hai praticato nella tua vita? Perché secondo te hai svolto più sport individuali che di squadra? 3 pregi che pensi di avere, 3 difetti che pensi di avere, di questi difetti, pensi di averne uno anche tu?
Rather easy, be honest and tell them what division you prefer. For full-time you will work in shifts and only have 1 weekend free per month. Already practicing a sport and knowing the basic equipment is a big plus
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.
