Interview
First its the company description and they show a video. second is some outdoor team sport and pushups-crunches or burpees or any other strength exercises to judge the stamina and inclination towards fitness. then they have a GD, after that they take [personal interview. For me the whole process took around 7 hours and that's pathetic. They were taking interviews for 30 mins and then 20 kins break then again 20 mins interview then break, without t=any refreshment or anything they expect us to wait 6-7 hours. That's not how interviews are done.
