I applied online. I interviewed at Decathlon (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
My first interview was a video call & was asked to talk through my experience to date. I then was invited to their London HQ for the second & final round where I had to present a task they had set.
I was told I would be contacted the following week with feedback. After two weeks of not hearing, I followed up with the hiring manager to ask for feedback. Over 3 weeks have passed now and have still heard nothing.
Why is it so difficult for a company like Decathlon to show candidates the courtesy of letting them know they have not been successful - particularly after a second interview when they would have invested significant time and energy.
Great experience
They were transparent about the process and provided ongoing feedback regarding the different levels
I had 3 interviews that were nice going, respectful and honest
Eventually, didnt take the position as I had a noter offer that suited me better
Colloqui facile niente di difficile, fattibile stimolante, boh non so che altro dire veramente state tranquilli, potete farcela tutti quanti non abbiate paura di provare. Chiamano al telefono e ti danno qualche domanda conoscitiva
