step successivo, quello individuale.
In quello di gruppo verranno evidenziate abilità, passioni, personalità e problem solving di ogni singolo candidato in un contesto non troppo personale ma appunto di gruppo.
Al secondo colloquio ( molto più personale ) dovrai raccontare di te..
Purtroppo non ho ricevuto proposta lavorativa, ma comunque è stata un’ esperienza positiva.

Question 1
Quali sono i tuoi pregi e difetti? Come affronteresti un “ conflitto “ con un collega?
Unico colloquio in cui c’è stato un cultural fit check ed alcune domande situazionali. Il tutto è durato circa 1 ora. Sono stati professionali e mi hanno messo a mio agio.
Rather easy, be honest and tell them what division you prefer. For full-time you will work in shifts and only have 1 weekend free per month. Already practicing a sport and knowing the basic equipment is a big plus
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.
