The interview was great and diverse and gave me the chance to share a lot about my passion in sports as training and coaching and my career in retail industry the leaders who interviewed me were so nice and friendly they even share about their passion in sports and their career growth

They asked me a lot of questions and the main question about how I deal with focusing on both working and playing and coaching
chill, friendly, honest people, mission driven but also wanna see where you and your goals in life stand be it with the company or not…. very welcoming even though it’s was and interview

Interview
All the staff are friendly, nice. When their spoke to us it makes us like a motivate to be better in future. I never feel fun in interview until I come to decathlon interview.

Interview
Interview process starts of with a few activities and games. They will start to reject candidates after this process. It proceeds to face to face interview by the hiring managers and afterwards the decision to proceed to the hiring process is usually made on the day itself. However the offer is not until you meet the Store Manager
