Comprises of mini rounds for entire process. 1st is do a short video clip intro via the whatsapp link given (at 1st sight it looks like a scam link tbh so can check in with their chatbot on Whatsapp as well) if successful from the short video intro pick one of the interview session where its a group recruitment segment after a short intro by the Decathlon SG team to the 8 of us, team games basically. after that, they eliminate 2 and the remaining 6 of us go into next segment where you will be given 1/2 hour to do some customer service delivery related work on store (SG lab side) which was manageable tbh. aft tt, short debrief before they will pull each of us to our assigned pair of Decathlon staff for small group interview + chat etc i think i have ticked their initial boxes because the next day, someone from Decathlon SG lab call me for more phone discussion abt the provisional offer (around 2.5k to 2.7K max)
