Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds.
First Round (Phone Call): I was contacted to discuss my current job responsibilities and to confirm the interview schedule and timing.
Second Round (Technical Discussion): This round was conducted with the Data Manager and Knitting Manager. It focused on my current role, the technologies and programming languages I use, my approach to collaborating with non-technical teams, and my understanding of the overall production process, including whether I visit the production floors.
Final Round (HR & Coordinator): This was primarily a behavioral and technical interview. The HR representative focused on my motivation for changing jobs and how I could contribute to their organization, while the Coordinator asked more technical and AI-related questions.
A one stage interview process with the hiring manager. The offer was made two days later. Since it was a new role in the country, the hiring manager didn't know much about the tech stack.

my experience was bad, HR asked my basic details like background,salary expectation etc in 5 minutes and then i got rejection next day, i sent email and asked the reason and no response.
