Interview was done via voice call. Was only able to get in contact with the interviewer 1 day after the agreed upon time. Upon reschedule the call took about 5mins.

Rather easy, be honest and tell them what division you prefer. For full-time you will work in shifts and only have 1 weekend free per month. Already practicing a sport and knowing the basic equipment is a big plus
The interview process took around 1h but went very smoothly. Hiring manager was nice even though sometimes asked some tricky questions (but I mean, it's part of the process). Overall I would consider it average.
