Went through 2 rounds of interviews using their internal video chat system (very unique to the company, similar to a gaming platform). Interviews were straightforward enough, however it was clear that the job description for the role was evolving in real time. While it was the first time they were hiring for the role, so some evolution is to be expected, there were significant differences between the original job description shared, the expectations shared in interview 1, and the expectations in interview 2. It felt like the interviews either weren't aligned on what this role would be when hired, or it was being changed behind the scenes without clear communication.
