Very easy and laid back. Not stressful at all. They just want to know you're a decent person that will take the job seriously. They want to know that you won't be lazy and will show respect to the authority.

Asked me if I was reliable and how I would be with customers.
Very brief and short it was through a reference but mostly focused on how I handle stress and customer interactions: quick thinking . There was also a lot of focus on how available I would be on short notice
Basic interview process, basic questions. They do it at one of the tables in the store so it is casual. Managers are nice. Very basic process. Was hired on the spot.
