Straightforward. You sit down with a manager, they'll ask you a few questions about why you want to work there, and if they like you, they'll let you know the same day.
They were nice and prompt in scheduling an interview. I sat down and filled out the application then i was interviewed by the assistant manager. They asked about my experience and my availability and they listened to my answers.
