Interview
Was scheduled to interview with the Area Director who asked the normal questions and outlined the projected growth plan in the area. We discussed plans for potential relocation possibilities and personal career path. Discussed the history of the company as well as the character traits of successful managers that continue to make a positive impact in the company.
I would call/text potential candidates and set up interviews,I would then interview the candidates and see wether they are a good fit for the role that’s needed and if hired I would start the hiring process

They emailed me at first, and then when times were available I called manager. We discussed the requirements for the position and things to consider. Interview was about an hour long.
