I had a 45 minute phone interview with a corporate recruiter and then went onsite to interview with two members of senior management for about an hour. They were very flexible in meeting my needs for scheduling.
Had two phone interviews for the position, one with Human Resources and last one with just the hiring manager. No in person interview was required but it was offered and I declined.
