Interview process was quite easy. Waited in a queue for the recruitment team to ensure your right to work documents are up to date and you will be taken inside and given a wristband as well as your name on a sticker. You are then given an icebreaker challenge to meet new people that you will be potentially working with and go through a brief presentation of what the company is about. Then you are given a challenge which assess your teamwork and how you work with people, enabling your chance to shine as much as possible. Thirdly, you are then split into your individual groups depending on the department that you will be working in. Then be given a mini test to see how well you have taken the information in and this will then be added to your total score of the assessment day. Once this has been completed, you will be dismissed after your documents have returned to you and must wait approximately 3-5 working days to hear back from somebody. Overall, the experience was great and there are many roles which are suitable for any individual.
