I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware North (Boston, MA) in Aug 2019
Interview
The process was about 2 months. There was a phone screen, video interview, in person interview and another phone interview. There was good communication throughout for the most part, but I was given vague “it’ll be a couple weeks” timelines after each step. The TA team communicated through email or text to schedule each interview. I was contacted 1 week after my final interview as a touch base to let me know I was still in the running and I’d hear back “in a couple weeks” about next steps. Two weeks later I sent an email to inquire about next steps and received no response . I never received a call or email to let me know they weren’t moving forward with me and did not receive any feedback. Shortly after I received an email containing a survey to complete about my candidate experience and that is how I realized I wasn’t hearing back from them. This was the first time I’d been ghosted by a company after going through an interview process.

Question 1
Have you ever dealt with an employee complaint of harassment? Tell me how you handled it.
The interview process was ok, but they started it right before downsizing so they ended the interview process which was disappointing. I waited a while to hear back only to find out there was no longer a position shortly after it had been posted.
In depth, multiple interviews. Phone screen and two virtual. There was some phone tag in the beginning, and a recruiter no show once, slowed the process but then moved quickly once in virtual process.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delaware North (Buffalo, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
A very lengthy process with hours of interviews with numerous leaders. Much of the interview process appeared to be relationship building with the various stakeholders.
It was a good opportunity to meet the various senior leaders and hear about their challenges and perspectives.
