Was a very easy process. Applied on seek to work at the Aus Open and received an invite to an interview at Tennis Australia. We sat on large tables of about 10 people while we completed paper work and waited for our individual interview. Staff came around to see how we were doing and encouraged us to talk with eachother. The actual interview was very simple, they asked very basic questions about experience and customer service. Was done in about 10 minutes and left immediately after finishing the interview and got the job a few days after. Also if you want to do waiting, you have to do a demonstration for them.
