Its a joke. They call you and as long as you are immediately available and dont come off as a psycho, and can pass a drug test, you're hired. They have low standards because you are just a number, the turnover is super high, they wont even bother learning your name.

Theyll ask when you are available- LIE say you are fully open. Then once hired if you dont like the shift dont take it or quit. Dont feel guilty, they dont care, it happens all the time.
