Initial interview was with the assistant GM, which I was told was atypical. Usually the first interview is with a recruiter, but things happened out of order. The assistant GM mostly did a lot of talking at me about the position and what it might look like during the season vs. the off-season. Asked me some basic scenario questions about my last job. Second interview was with a recruiter who was super kind and upbeat. He asked me about myself and asked a lot of questions about how my experience would make me qualified for this job. Third interview was with the concessions manager who would be my direct supervisor. He asked a lot of similar questions as the recruiter, mostly about my experience. He shared some information about the position and answered all the questions I had. I do feel like I was baited during this interview though. Everyone talked about how this was a great team I'd be apart of and the importance of working as a team, but there is NO teamwork happening there. And they vaguely said "long days and crazy homestands", but conveniently left out that it'd be 65+ hour work weeks and two-week stretches with no days off.
