Delaware North Sales Associate interview questions

No telephone interview, after submitting application you are invited to a group interview. In the group interview you have to perform individual tasks ( so its not like youre competiting against each other so much ) in a group of about 10 people. There can be up to 100 people arriving at your interview date. In your group you have to do team building exercises and tasks which relate to the job role - so spotting hazards and spotting differernt types of food stalls ( which is all really basic and they explain everything to you) . After interview they will invite you for an induction where they take your details. I don't know anyone who hasn't passed the job. It seems like they hire anyone and everyone.
