via de recruitment website kun je je aanmelden, als je toegang hebt kun je een openstaande rol / vacature selecteren. Je wordt door een aantal webpagina's geleid, dit is wel vrij duidelijk gedaan.
Je hebt hier de mogelijkheid om je CV en motivatie invullen alsmede als bijlage mee te sturen.
Wanneer je dit hebt gedaan, krijg je een automatische melding dat je sollicitatie in behandeling is genomen. Ik werd na een aantal weken telefonisch benaderd door een van de dames van recruitment, geen telefonisch interview maar om te vragen of ik nog geinteresseerd was in de functie bij Dell en om een afspraak te plannen.
De afspraak is ingepland na een aantal weken met de desbetreffende manager.
Bij dit sollicitatie gesprek was alleen de manager aanwezig. Op zich prettig en persoonlijk gesprek, geen rare of moeilijke vragen.
Wel jammer dat je geen terugkoppeling krijgt wanneer je (blijkbaar) niet door bent n/d volgende ronde

The interviews were relaxed. open and enjoyable conversations, each approximately 30min. Beginning with a discussion with the hiring manager, followed by a conversation with a peer in a similar role, a supporting resource (such as a Solutions Engineer), a related Senior Account Exec, then followed by meetings back with the hiring manager and the senior business leader, before concluding with HR for the job offer.

last one, you will meet people in management level and ask you how your current job relate to the position you applied for and they will throw task related questions and ask you how you will resolve it.

Asked to give face to face interview. First pass was with local HR. Then local hiring manager and after being shortlisted, interviewed by regional manager. Process took about a month. Afterwards was notified for hiring.
