The hiring process involved 3 rounds, all taking place on the same day. 1st round was the HR round where I was asked general questions related to current job role, current organization and personal information questions. Its generally to check your communication skills and to brief you about the role you are interviewing for. 2nd round was the Operational round as they call it. Its a mix of technical and managerial round. I was asked a lot of technical questions related to the job. Other non technical questions were related to performance , high pressure handling, situational questions. Once you clear the two rounds above. You will need to clear the 3rd round which will be a Voice and accent round.
