Resume Shortlist>Interview 3 rounds. They focus more on academics and text book knowledge, confidence and communication. be thorough about the company. The interview duration was very long. They were asking all technical and situational questions. 1st round was technical with the recruitment team. 2nd round was at their office with some senior manager. And 3rd round was with the VP. All rounds were for 30-45 minutes at least.

Interview
On campus interview at career center. Two on one in person format mostly focusing on the resume. I would say be sure and have stories ready for each thing on your resume so when you are asked about it you can fire off an answer quickly. My interviewers were very nice and courteous and were at different levels of seniority. I also found that they are very passionate about what they work on which I thought was nice.
