Interview
The interview was short, sweet and to the point. I got one phone interview a few days after I applied. Immediately after answering serveral technical and customer based questions I was hired.

The job was remote. He started off asking if I was trust worthy enough and general personal questions. He asked me technical questions like how would I configure BGP on a Cisco router, how would I set up a static route, whats OSPF and EIGRP, what are the benefits of using OSPF over RIP.
Questions about customers were typical like, how would you deal with a difficult customer, if a customer has a technical problem whats your method of troubleshooting.
