Interview
The senior manager along with 4 of his senior engineers interviewed me in what was mostly a technical interview. A bit deceptive later on on the actual title listed in the internal directory, Systems Engineer vs Network Support Engineer as I applied for. Turned out to be a bit lower key than I expected and that translated later on in being uncomfortable in dealing too much and having to train newbies with even basic technologies and tools.
