Got a phone call from HR, asked to come in to interview, sat down with a manager, basically just "chatted" and laughed, talked about the same people we knew, got the job.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
