I applied online. I interviewed at Dell Technologies in Jul 2018
Interview
Interviewer was boasting about her growth in the company and started asking awkward questions like whether I am a local, How old I am and talking ill of my ex company candidates and seemed very negative, judgemental and wanted to end the interview ASAP. There was no pre- screening by HR to assess the candidate fitting into the requirements and salary range prior to the interview. My two cents for future candidates, choose your boss and not the company. This interviewer has a linkedIn profile with just 1 connection (Tizane Ng)! OMG. Maybe she is in her very own conventional world thinking that a professional LinkedIn presence is least important at her seniority level of heading inside sales in Singapore.

Not bad, long. Took a month or so to go thru the process. Video interviews and mock sales call. Could be worse but be prepared. Friendly interviewers which was nice!
