This was the worst interview experience ever. Why you called me and waste my whole day when I am not meeting your requirement. Even you called me and I reached there at 9:30. Then there was written round. Even After the written round, they should not shortlist me if I was not perfect for their profile. but they shortlisted me and told to wait for the interview. Every person has given 2-3 interview but still, I am waiting for the first round. The recruiter was searching who can take my interview and reject me. finally, one interviewer was ready to take the interview. The interviewer was already told by the recruiter to not move me ahead in the next round. After finally long waiting time at 2:45 the interview was started, Even he was not interested to listen to me. He asked me to tell the previous company work when I started he stopped me in the middle. And started asking technical questions. He was not listing my answer just he wants to that where I stuck. and finally, within 10 minutes he judged me and told I have done, you want to ask anything. So their recruiter was thinking he was so smart and can easily fool everyone. * why they called me if I am to meeting your criteria and wasted my whole day, I also refused to another interview because of them. * There was no Tee and Coffie there, the candidate came at 9:30. Even there was no food was available on Saturday in food code except one shop and one thing (i do not care about this is the secondary thing but they should care). * Just not do call to the candidate for interview blindly to increase crowd. First check candidate profile, total year of experience, technology stack, other expectation, then you should call interview.
