I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Santiago) in Oct 2011
Interview
One HR interview, one local account manager interview and also with General Manager. Good and simple interviews, lots of empathy with HR and account manager, not so much with general manager, but fair enough.

Interview
Interview in Nashville. Interview was held in a hallway lounge area that had noise. Two interviewers . No cards were given. Felt like they made up their minds as soon as they saw me because I am older. Main interviewer spoke very soft and low and had to ask her to repeat question couple of times but felt intimidated to keep asking her to repeat. Never could get her name. I felt that since they made up their mind they just asked a few questions so they could say “yes we interviewed this one.” Really felt that they saw me immediately as a waste of their time. I was overqualified for the position. But I was interested in it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Amsterdam) in Sep 2013
Interview
2 short interviews. One with recruiter and other one with hiring manager. Asked me to sell him a plastic cup of coffee. Quite easy to do. Just ask questions instead of telling stories regarding cup. They just want to hear you can sell, by asking question and not just talking yourself.
