This was a campus interview held at our college which consisted of 4 rounds starting with video round , elevator pitch round(jam) , aptitude test and finally a sales pitch round. This was honestly the worst interview experience ever for all candidates who went through this process as it had taken about 1 month to finish all of these rounds The first round was video round , where you have to record yourself and talk about any topic for 1 minute , i had chose to speak about IPL ads as my topic and had been selected for the next round which was held on the same day . Elevator pitch round: this was done on a zoom call with the panel giving brief instructions on what they expect and also with all candidates present during the zoom call. The interviewer asked random questions to everyone and candidates had to talk spontaneously when their chance arrived. i was asked about cloud computing and spontaneous follow up questions on that , i was given only around 1 minute totally to keep talking. I was selected to the next round, which was held 1 week later , this was an aptitude round which consisted of quantitative mcqs and mostly questions on SAN,NAS, Cloud computing ,servers storage questions. Next round was the sales pitch round , which was supposed to be held early morning with the company delaying the process after making the candidates wait from 7:30 in the morning to 7 in the night with no information , 1 week later we had the interviews conducted for sales pitch round . Sales pitch round: We had been sent a mail at 8 , and were given 1 hour 30 mins to prepare a ppt of 4-5 slides based on the document provided in the mail . there was ppt on sales pitch given where lots of information was given about a client company and technical info about dell storage systems. after taking more than 1 hour to understand the ppt and later prepare and add things to my ppt , i managed to send them in time . later we were given slots to explain the ppt where 3 interviewers were present with one interviewer behaving very unprofessionally . i was asked about the ppt and also technical questions about my projects , cloud computing courses done on coursera. the interviewer was very harsh and was expecting senior level answers and one interviewer particularly started giggling at me when i was answering the question asked by him , which was very unprofessional as i felt really humiliating after going through so many rounds. none of the candidates who reached the sales pitch round got selected for further rounds.
