Normal interview peocess with competency based questions and a motivational part. Passed first stage and left after that point, It was interesting to see the company approach to the hiring process.

Quite standard behavior questions. Followed by discussion over my CV. They openly/sincerely shared with me the challenges/ problems facing in the role which I appreciated a lot. If I had to say sth for improvement: I Was asked about my expected salary in first round WHILE there was a second person in the room (and the new hire is supposed to succeed her role).

Met a recruiter at a dinner, had a great time and great conversation. Then applied for the position using university recruiting system. Interviewed in person and was not selected for a second round (likely because they do not really hire international students at this time)
