It went well overall. They did not disclose all the cold calling that you would actually do in the job though. They made it seem like I would be calling hot leads mostly and would move up within the year. I don’t know if they restructured, but everyone was looking more at 2 years before they moved up.

I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
