On campus interview. Was about 30 minutes long. Asked me a lot about myself and what I’ve done outside of academics, behavioral questions. There were greeters that I spoke to before going in which made it less stressful.

Why Dell? Tell us about yourself. Asked about my extra curricular & jobs. Tell us about a time where you showed initiative. Tell as about a time when things did not go your way or you failed and how did you deal with it? How do you keep yourself organized?
It was two on-line interviews. they were both behavioral. Easy to answer questions. Nothing too technical. I would recommend applying to work here. The interviewers were very easy going as well.
