I was already working in the Company and applied for this role internally. I read with attention the job description and there was clearly written that "no technical background was required". The recruiter called me stating that the hiring manager was looking for a technical person, so I disputed that statement letting them notice that the job description was not requiring a technical background and also that I had friends working in that role and surely they were far from being technical. They called me back later in the same day apologising and setting up an interview for the hiring managers (one man and one woman). At the time of the interview only the man showed up stating that the woman was caught up in something urgent. The manager showed no or little interest in myself, seems to be bored and with something else in his mind. It was one of the most awkward interview I had. He didn't put me at ease, I felt uncomfortable and every comment of his was to underline that I didn't have the skills to perform in that role. Awful.
