Interview
The interview went great! Spoke to many leaders and they were clear and concise with expectations and the culture at Dell. The NGSA program is the way to go to kickstart your career in Tech.
First round was a video process to record answers. Questions were very basic and the format of the interview was super easy and understandable. Next round was via zoom and interviewers were extremely thoughtful and asked thought provoking questions.
