for me it was half day process having two round of technical interview followed by one hiring manager and hr round. Both of the technical dicussions were more about my past work and projects and technical understanding of microsoft technologies stuff.i.e. what is the difference between int32 and int data type. types of assembly, web services both rest and soap, lambda expression , how to design test framework , selenium api. They explained what is their roadmap sometimg about OATS migration of their current applications
