Good, people were very nice, very relaxed. I believe it is a good place to work. A lot of questions about manufacturing and leadership. Just 1 round, about 30 min. No very tuff questions. Some behavorials. Generally it was good. Prepare some questions to ask. It will be good to have this expereince.

Initial phone interview w/recruiter- then a phone interview w/hiring manager
Then face to face w/hiring interview and then back to back interviews w/3 other managers and peers.
Next was 2nd interview w/hiring manager and then face to face w/Director. Finally, a phone interview w/VP (pretty much a formality). Interview process wasn't too challenging but it was very long (2 months)
