I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jul 2011
Interview
It was shorter than I expected. A foreign executive, the hiring manager was in town and that expedited the HR screening phase. It was broad and somewhat general on the HR phase, but very accurate and related to the job on the executive phase. Only complain was the HR mentioned I was being evaluated for an Account Executive III position but, when the offer came, it turned into an Account Executive II position

I interviewed at Dell Technologies (London, England)
Interview
Very smooth process although the position wasn’t aligned with current market salary. The recruiter was really good and made sure that I was informed during the process. I have 3 rounds and a final one with HR.
Friendly, good recruiter, questions as expected. Got to meet a few people. Recruiters were good. Decent prep and feedback. Limited ability to negotiate. Interview should be fine for experienced AE. Treat like a sales cycle
